A free account and your aircraft's registration details. Then upload up to 10 logbook pages at no cost, no credit card.

No. Your paper logbooks remain the legal record. TachTime is a digital copy you can search, ask questions of, and share.
Handwriting and uploads
Take photos with your phone or upload files you already have. Single pages and two-page spreads both work.
Good lighting and a flat page matter most. Avoid shadows across the entries and keep the whole page in frame.
It often does. You can always open the original page image next to the transcription to check an entry yourself.
Insights and accuracy
Only from your aircraft's records. Every answer links the entries it used so you can open and read them.
Yes. Treat answers as a starting point, open the linked entries, and verify before relying on them.
Insights tells you it could not find a supporting entry rather than guessing.
Compliance dashboard
Recorded inspection and AD status based on the entries in your logbooks: current, due soon, or overdue.
No. The dashboard is for reference only. You and your mechanic verify against the original entries.
Pricing and billing
Digitizing all pages for one aircraft, one time. If you cancel and resubscribe later, it is not charged again.
Deleting an aircraft uses up its $39 digitization. Adding that aircraft again later is a new digitization.
Yes. On Pro, each additional aircraft is $9/month or $89/year, plus its own $39 one-time digitization.
Same plan. Pro is $15/month or $149/year, which works out to 2 months free on annual.
You keep full access for 14 days and we send a reminder so you can update your card.
Sharing and security
Records are encrypted and backed up in more than one place.
Only you and the people you choose. Sharing is read-only, and you can revoke access at any time.
Account and cancellation
Nothing is deleted. Your first 10 pages stay open, the rest lock until you resubscribe, and Insights locks for that aircraft.
Yes. Resubscribe and everything unlocks. The $39 digitization is not charged again.
